Personal data

When you create an account or request a quote, KLÉWEB (the data controller) stores:

your name, email, phone number, company and country;
the content of your quote requests, your messages and the photos or videos you send;
your project’s payment information (amount, date, reference). For card payments, your bank details are processed only by Stripe, never by KLÉWEB.

This data is only used to answer your request, build and follow up on your website and send you emails related to your account. It is stored on a server in Germany (European Union), is never sold or shared for advertising, and is kept for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account and all your data at any time from your profile. You can also ask to access, correct or delete your data by writing to kleweb@outlook.fr. If you disagree, you can contact the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies

This website only uses two cookies: a session cookie, needed to stay logged in to your account, and a cookie that remembers your chosen language. No advertising or tracking cookies. The visitor counter is anonymous and uses no cookies.

Intellectual property

The design, text and code of this website belong to KLÉWEB. Websites built for clients, and their code, belong to the clients once the work has been paid for.
